Position:
Account Executive (AE)
Location: The preferred candidate would work out of the office in Plano, TX, but we are all about hiring the best person for the job! If you are not based near Texas, but you believe you're the best candidate for this, we'd still love to hear from you.

Your Role
We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to help us reach new churches and grow the Amazing Life community. This is a new logo sales role, focused on self-generated pipeline and free-trial conversions, with future SDR support in place as we scale.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from generating interest, qualifying needs, demoing the APlay platform, to closing long-term partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new church partners through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and trial conversions
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each ministry's context, goals, and gaps
- Deliver compelling product demos of APlay and our curriculum experience
- Convert free trial users into paying subscribers
- Close deals with confidence, clarity, and care
- Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline proactively
- Help shape sales processes, pitch materials, and feedback loops as we grow
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs postsale
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 13 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or mission-driven context
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proven ability to generate your own leads and move them through a full sales cycle
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Empathetic listener who’s curious about customers and creative with solutions
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- A deep respect for church leaders and their unique challenges
