Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Cumming, GA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles, providing detailed product knowledge, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the dealership’s inventory and promotions, guiding customers through the purchase process, and building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets and working closely with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and teammates
• Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills for driving successful outcomes
• Ability to provide detailed product explanations and effective guidance during the vehicle purchase process
• Organizational and time management skills to maintain efficiency in managing tasks and client interactions
• Proficiency with sales-related tools and technology is a plus
• Prior sales or automotive industry experience is preferred but not required
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus
