About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring a Licensed Sales Producer on behalf of Brightway, The Caldwell Agency, serving the Cumming, GA area within a 30-mile radius. This is a growth hire for an agency actively expanding and working to return to Elite status, with two openings available — one newly created seat and one backfill. This is a hybrid role (one day in-office, remote the rest of the week) focused on personal lines insurance sales.

What You’ll Do

• Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using a consultative sales approach
• Build and manage a mix of provided and self-sourced leads — this is not a sit-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring role
• Actively network and attend community/industry events to generate new business
• Work toward production-based incentives, including special staff promotions
• Contribute to the agency’s growth goals and help rebuild toward Elite status

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of insurance experience required
• Active Property & Casualty license required at hire — candidates without a license may be considered if they can become licensed before their start date
• Hunter/farmer mentality — a self-starter and relationship builder who’s comfortable on the phone and in the community
• Driven, competitive, and coachable; a background in athletics or similarly competitive environments is a plus
• Mature, likable personality with strong follow-through — punctual and self-directed without needing oversight
• Commercial insurance experience is a plus, though not required
• Base pay: $26K + commission (25% new business commission rate, with potential to increase based on production)
• Bonuses and performance incentives, including staff promotions tied to production (e.g., event tickets)
• Phone and laptop provided; cell phone reimbursed
• 15 days PTO in the first year
• Half-day Fridays once a month
