• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company‑provided iPads.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for commercial customers.
• Travel to job sites, work with dispatcher to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis for emergency needs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• Participation in company‑provided training opportunities.
• Identify and report opportunities for additional business (new unit/system, PM contracts, services).

• Work at heights using ladders up to 28‑32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs.
• Perform bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching into confined spaces, and twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks.
• Maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity.
• Stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day.
• Use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously.
• Operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Occasionally work in an office environment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures.
