Shop Attendant – Fleet & Equipment

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Attendant to help keep our company vehicles, equipment, shop, and yard clean, organized, fueled, and ready for the field.

The Shop Attendant will work closely with our Fleet/Shop Manager and mechanics to maintain a professional and efficient fleet operation.

• Clean and wash company trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Fuel and stage vehicles and equipment for daily operations.
• Keep the shop, yard, and equipment organized and clean.
• Move and stage trucks, trailers, and equipment as needed.
• Assist mechanics with equipment preparation and basic maintenance tasks.
• Pick up parts and supplies from vendors.
• Inspect returning equipment for obvious damage, leaks, or missing items.
• Report equipment problems or damage to the Fleet/Shop Manager.
• Maintain organized equipment, attachments, tools, and supplies.
• Properly dispose of used filters, oil, tires, and other shop waste.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Transport equipment to and from jobsites.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work.
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, automotive, fleet, or equipment operations is a plus.
