The Logistics/Warehouse Leadsupportsthe Warehouse /Logistics Managerincoordinatingequipment,materials,andlogisticsforlarge-scalerestorationandreconstructionprojects.

Thisisahands-on,growth-orientedrolethatincludestravelingtoprojectsites,stagingandtransportingequipment,settingupgeneratorsandtemporarypower,andassistingwithday-to-daywarehouseoperations.

Itisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewithlimitedexperiencewhoiseagertolearnlogisticsandwarehouseoperationsunderthedirectionofthe Warehouse/Logistics Managerandtakeonincreasingresponsibilityovertime.

• Assistthe Warehouse/Logistics Managerinplanningandcoordinatinglogisticsforlargeprojects.
• Traveltoprojectsites,locallyandoutofarea,tosupportmobilization,setup,staging,and demobilization.
• Load,transport,stage,andtrackequipment,generators,andmaterialstoandfromjobsites.
• Setup,fuel,andmonitorgeneratorsandtemporarypowerdistributionatprojectsites.
• Setupandbreakdownequipment,staging areas,andsitelogisticsforlarge-loss projects.
• Receive,unload,inspect,sort,label,andorganizeinventoryinthewarehouse.
• Maintainaccurateinventoryandequipmentrecords.
• Ensurecleanlinessandorganizationofthewarehouse,equipment,andcompany vehicles.
• Operatewarehouseequipmentsuchasforkliftsandpalletjacks(training provided).
• Performroutinechecksonequipment,generators,andvehiclesandreportmaintenanceneeds.
• Assistwithloadingandunloadingcompanyvehiclesandstockingsupplies.
• Followallsafetyguidelinesandcompanypolicies.
• Learnlogisticsandwarehouseprocessesunderthedirectionofthe Warehouse/Logistics Manager.

• Highschooldiploma/GED required.
• Entry-levelrole;limitedexperiencerequired,butastrongwillingnesstolearnisessential.
• Interestinlogistics,warehousing,equipment,orthetrades.
• Basicmechanicalaptitude;comforthandlingequipmentandgeneratorsisaplus.
• Abilitytooperateorlearntooperatewarehouseequipmentsuchasforklifts.
• Valid driver'slicense,approvedbyourinsurancecompany,required.
• Abilityandwillingnesstotraveltoprojectsites,including out-of-areaandovernighttravel.
• Strongworkethic,reliability,andattentiontodetail.
• Effectivecommunicationandteamworkskills.
• Full-time position.
  
  Mustbeabletotraveltoprojectsitesasneeded,including out-of-areaandovernighttravel,andbeavailableforemergencyandafter-hours response.
• Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .

• Active,physicallydemandingroleperformedinwarehouse,jobsite,andoutdoorenvironments.
• Regularly lifting
  50poundsindependentlyandoccasionallyliftingupto
  100poundswithassistance.
• Repetitive pushing,pulling,lifting,andcarryingofobjects,includingoverheadwork.
• Handling,positioning,andfuelinggeneratorsandheavyequipment.
• Walkingandstandingforlongperiods,aswellasdriving,sitting,andclimbingladders.
• Workingatceilingheightsandintightspacessuchascrawlspacesandattics.
• Operatingwarehouseequipmentsuchasforklifts,pallet jacks,andhandtrucks.
• Frequentexposuretofumesandairborneparticles;occasionalexposuretoheat,cold,noxious odors,andotherextremeconditions.
• Thenoiselevelinthewarehouseandatjobsitesmaybeloud.
• Requiredtooccasionallyweararespiratorandotherpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE).

• Full-Time,upto
  40hoursperweek.

$22-$25/hour,pending experience.
