-Customer Support Representative Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
Relocation to Portugal is mandatory

Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Open to relocating within Portugal Additional Information:
