? Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Cupar, Fife | £47,288 | 4 on / 4 off | 12‑hour shifts

Looking for your next challenge? Join a fast‑moving production environment where no two days are the same. We’re hiring an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to keep our production lines and factory machinery running at peak performance.

You’ll be fault‑finding, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement across a modern manufacturing site. Expect hands‑on work, quick thinking, and plenty of autonomy.

4 on, 4 off – 12‑hour days or nights (6am‑6pm / 6pm‑6am)

• Ideally qualified to 18th Edition and time אתר‑served
• Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification
• CM popular experience is a strong advantage
• MHE training or hands‑on experience highly beneficial
• Strong command of the English language
• A genuine team‑player with a collaborative approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to make
• Confident, clear communication skills (written and verbal)

• Delivering both planned and reactive maintenanceshof to keep production running smoothly
• Working to and tackle issues efficiently
• Managing and updating planned preventative maintenance schedules
• Overseeing and carrying out < contr>lubrication routines
• Supporting continuous improvement to boost plant performance and reliability
• Assisting with spare parts control

• Working alongside external contractors during installation and upgrade projects
• Monitoring machinery and supporting equipment during live production
• Collaborating with supervisors and managers to identify potential risks or faults early
• Completing all scheduled engineering tasks to a high standard
