You will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, whilst also remaining hands-on and involved in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of fully automated production machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.

Sector – Factory Maintenance

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Proven experience managing or leading an engineering team.

• Leadership / Management experience.
• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance.

• Experience working in a leadership position within a UK manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within a highly automated manufacturing facility.
• Experience with continuous improvement and engineering reliability.
