• Provide excellent care and support to residents
• Supervise and motivate all Care Assistants to function efficiently as a team member
• Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs – physical, emotional and spiritual
• Provide support and guidance to family members
• Assist trained nurses and unit managers to lead and develop staff members
• Engage in day‑to‑day activities and provide companionship to residents
• Maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with other team members
• Report on the wellbeing of residents and liaise with GPs and support managers

• Current SVQ Level 3 qualification
• Relevant Health and Social qualification
• Experience working in the care industry
