Cera Care in Scotland is seeking a Community Carer (Reablement) to support people recently discharged from hospital will assist with personal care, meals and medications, visiting clients across Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay, Auchtermuchty and surrounding areas.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. We offer flexible shifts, DBS, uniform, pension, and clear career progression via industry qualifications supported by Cera.
