Pepsi Co operates a busy Production line in Cupar and is seeking a Production Operator to join a dedicated team. The role involves working a 12-hour continental shift pattern across days and nights, with weekend and bank holiday work.
You will help maintain quality, safety and efficiency while performing line checks and supporting Lean initiatives. No prior formal experience is required, but strong numeracy, basic computer skills and a team-focused attitude are advantageous.
