Part-Time New Homes Sales Advisor – Fife
Hours:
Friday to Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm

Temporary, fixed-term or permanent, depending on the candidate
We are looking for a personable and confident Sales Advisor to support a residential development in Fife, showcasing a collection of premium bungalows.
This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone with New Homes Sales experience who enjoys meeting prospective buyers, building relationships and creating a positive first impression.
The Role
Welcome visitors to the development and respond to initial enquiries.
Engage with prospective buyers and establish their requirements.
Qualify potential buyers and pass suitable leads to the wider sales team.
Provide information on the properties, the buying process and available extras.
Maintain accurate records and manage basic sales administration.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in New Homes Sales, although candidates with other relevant sales experience will also be considered.
Confident communicating with a range of customers and building rapport.
Comfortable with IT and sales administration.
Self-motivated, professional and able to work independently.
What's on Offer?
Part-time hours across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Flexibility around the contract, with temporary, fixed-term and permanent options available.
Potential for longer-term opportunities as the wider development pipeline progresses.
Mileage support may be considered where applicable.
