This role involves guiding clients through accounting and tax processes, representing their interests internally, and strengthening long-term client relationships by prioritizing satisfaction and trust.

- Provide regular updates on client projects, tax returns, or financial statements, and ensure proactive follow-up on deadlines.
- Oversee the delivery pipeline, including preparing tax invoices, processing payments, and compiling returns.
Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution
- Address and resolve client complaints in a professional, timely manner with the goal of retaining client trust and business.
- Serve as the in-office point of contact for Client Services team members, including Document Specialists, Front Desk staff, and seasonal employees.
- Provide backup support for fellow Client Advocates and team members during absences or as needed.
