Tax Manager - Leading Global Private Equity

Job Description:

We are working with a high-profile Private Equity company to fill a Tax Manager role. Their Private Equity tax team is expanding and adding top talent. In this position, you will have high visibility, opportunities for growth and professional development, and work within a highly collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting required; master’s in taxation or JD/LLM is a plus
• CPA required
• At least seven (7) years of pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, law firm, family office, or private equity firm
• 1–3 years of experience as a tax manager
• Big 4 and/or private equity firm experience is a plus
• Proven staff management skills
• Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills
