Full Job Description Overview
The Wireless Technologies and Ecosystems team is seeking an innovative, motivated, and professional Administrative Assistant. You will work behind the scenes to support leadership and help drive the operational rhythm of a high-impact engineering team.
Role Description- Provide full administrative support to a Senior Director, a Director, and their engineering teams
- Manage complex calendars, prioritise requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain smooth daily operations
- Coordinate detailed meetings involving multiple executives and locations, both onsite and virtual
- Handle a wide range of projects with strong accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events such as off‑sites and team‑building sessions
- Oversee floor management, including conference room upkeep, supply and snack stocking, floor plan updates, and facilities requests
- Ensure compliance with all security and privacy procedures across the workspace
- Support employees by issuing equipment, managing access requests, and assigning desks in line with operational policies
- AA or BA/BS degree
- Proficiency with iCal, Keynote, Mail, and other macOS office tools
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with high discretion
- Strong record of meeting deadlines and making well‑informed decisions
- Highly motivated with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Sound judgement in conflict resolution and escalation
- Minimum three years of administrative and calendar management experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a high‑tech setting
- Skilled in prioritising inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining smooth operations
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively within teams and across departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
- Experience planning and coordinating internal events
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift packages up to 20 lbs and push a cart
