Join the Jovie team as a Full Time / Part Time Nanny. Your pay is based on your skills and experience.
Base Pay Range$23.00/hr – $26.50/hr

Have you worked as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer? Are you a retired teacher or teaching professional seeking a small environment rather than a classroom? Are you looking for a position that lets you flex your schedule around school, family, or another part‑time job? If so, we welcome you to our on‑call team with a flexible schedule.
Asa Backup Nanny, You Will
- Care for children in‑home; you will not be required to transport children.
- Perform only common‑sense clean‑up of your activities or meals with the child.
- Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers, with the highest demand for children under the age of 2.
- Engage children by providing safety and leading hands‑on activities based on your observations of the children’s age‑appropriate development.
- Pay: $23 – $26.50 per hour
- Paid training and a nanny kit filled with age‑appropriate activities and games to bring to assignments.
- Opportunities to advance in the childcare field and first chance to be placed with families seeking one consistent nanny, full or part‑time.
- Paid sick time for both part‑time and full‑time schedules.

- At least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children, paid or unpaid. Infant experience mandatory.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
- Availability for any 3 or more weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor, and a bright smile to greet each family.
