Have you worked as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer? Are you a retired teacher or teaching professional seeking a small environment rather than a classroom? Are you looking for a position that lets you flex your schedule around school, family, or another part‑time job? If so, we welcome you to our on‑call team with a flexible schedule.

As

a Backup Nanny, You Will
  • Care for children in‑home; you will not be required to transport children.
  • Perform only common‑sense clean‑up of your activities or meals with the child.
  • Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers, with the highest demand for children under the age of 2.
  • Engage children by providing safety and leading hands‑on activities based on your observations of the children’s age‑appropriate development.

About You
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Experience working with children, paid or unpaid. Infant experience mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
  • Availability for any 3 or more weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
  • Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor, and a bright smile to greet each family.
