Job Role: Test Lead

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Mandatory Skills: Performance Test Engineering, JMeter Application Testing, Performance Test Engineering
• Desirable Skills: Performance Testing, Test Framework, Load Runner

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of requirements and review test objectives to design a Performance test approach using JMeter, Java, and Load Runner.
• Experience in performance Test engineering and design.
• Designing Performance Test Framework, methodologies, strategies, approaches, and processes.
• Good knowledge of creating and executing test cases, documenting test results, and logging defects.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Guiding an offshore team on performance testing and providing support to the team.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Preparing test cases and test plans for project releases and maintenance releases.
• Logging defects, reporting defect status, and following up on closing defects during their life cycle.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and suggest/build optimal performance test solutions.
