Analog​/Mixed-Signal ATE Test Engineer

As part of our Silicon Engineering Group, you’ll help design and manufacture our next‑generation, high‑performance, power‑efficient processor, system‑on‑chip (SoC). You’ll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices! We are seeking a dynamic engineer to develop ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification and production of SoC devices specializing in the testing of High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP.

• Collaborate with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon.
• Develop and document ATE test plan for new IPs and products.
• Design and debug test SW & HW for Production, Characterization & Reliability testing.
• Bring quality and efficient test solution for volume production.
• Coordinate test related activities between internal and external groups.

• BS and minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience is required.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
