This is a VC-backed fintech company that’s redefining how financial decisions are made through reasoning, machine learning, and generative AI.

This firm is building a modern CPA firm from the ground up. Leveraging cutting-edge AI to deliver faster, smarter service to clients while creating a better, more scalable experience for tax professionals. Backed by an intelligent platform that improves with every team interaction.

This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role. You’ll work closely with a team of tax professionals and client advocates to manage complex client relationships, deliver tax planning and compliance, and support strategic growth.

• Client Relationship Management
• Lead high-level tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic tax guidance tailored to each client.
• Build long-term relationships by identifying opportunities and addressing client needs proactively.
• Tax Compliance & Planning
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns (corp, partnerships, individuals, trusts, estates).
• Provide advanced tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions.
• Stay on top of regulatory changes and advise clients on implications and opportunities.
• Team & Practice Development
• Mentor and lead a team of tax professionals; support their development and performance.
• Identify areas to expand services and bring more value to clients.
• Uphold quality, ethics, and defensible tax positions across the practice.

• CPA required.
• 10+ years of public accounting/tax experience, including complex tax compliance and planning.
• Experience managing professionals and delivering excellent client service.
• Strong technical command of federal, state, and local tax regs.
• Familiarity with tax software (e.g., Ultra Tax, Axcess Tax, Lacerte) and Excel.

• Master’s in Tax or related field.
• Comfort with project management tools and workflow systems.
