Job Overview

The Juniper Hotel – a Curio Collection by Hilton – is seeking a Bellperson to join our team in Cupertino, California. The property features 224 guest rooms and offers a modern boutique atmosphere near Silicon Valley.

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
• Retrieve, transport, and organize guest luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with room features.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and attend the main lobby and front door as needed.
• Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as guest rooms or local airport as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of equipment.

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to drive a shuttle van and possess a clean driving record.
• Previous hotel experience is a plus.

Full‑Time – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

$19.99 per hour
