Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in our Cupertino office. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional who can manage daily HR operations while also contributing strategically to the company’s growth. The successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Chinese and have a deep understanding of HR compliance, people management, and organizational development.

• Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals and ensure compliance with California labor laws
• Partner with department heads to design and execute talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and team development
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of California employment law and HR compliance
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and complex employee issues with professionalism
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
