• Develop, manage, and automate build, testing, and deployment processes to create robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure, including cloud environments (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Implement and manage systems for monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high availability and promptly troubleshoot production issues.
• Work closely with software developers, QA, and operations teams to bridge the gap between development and operations and to improve the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Oversee security measures and best practices within the Dev Ops processes to ensure compliance.

Contribute to the technical design and strategy for the company's Dev Ops approach.

Guide and train a team of Dev Ops engineers.

• Extensive experience in Dev Ops, cloud engineering, or a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and IaC.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
