Job Description
As a Technical Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers. This will include helping customers with a variety of tasks, such as setting up their new devices, troubleshooting problems, and providing training on Apple products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, and for following all company policies and procedures.
