We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a global cross‑functional SAP S/4
HANA implementation in our Retail organization.
- Analyze and catalog current Retail applications/tools interfacing with our SAP ECC system to assess impact and develop a risk mitigation plan for testing and migration.
- Work with project leads to document core processes, requirements, and roles within the Retail organization to assess impact and uncover pain points or opportunities.
- Collaborate with Retail Store, Retail ASO, Operations, Finance, and other teams to prepare business for S/4
HANA implementation and provide input into process improvements aligned with industry best practices. - Facilitate data‑driven decision‑making for program management by presenting actionable insights.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP solutions and their business relevance.
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA implementation preferred. - High technical ability, quickly understanding complex integrated systems.
- Comprehension of current issues and downstream impacts.
- Critical thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of the Project Lifecycle.
- Passion for innovation demonstrated through creative strategies and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- SAP S/4
HANA experience (CE preferred). - E‑commerce or Contact Center experience strongly desired.
$132,197 – $141,010 USD

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Specific details, including the required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change.
