Fulfillment Analyst ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The Fulfillment Analyst will join the Channel Sales and Operations Merchandising team to ensure the timely delivery of printed marketing graphics (2D) for Apple's New Product Introduction activities across global markets. This role requires a mix of data analytics, operational rigor, and cross‑functional collaboration to build and manage time‑delivery models, optimize vendor and logistics processes, and drive automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and visibility across the supply chain.
THEOPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Partner with the Marketing/Communications and NPI Planning teams to prepare for global printed graphic deployments supporting NPI launches.
- Build, maintain, and continuously optimize the Time‑Delivery Model (TDM) for printed graphics across global multiple business channels.
- Monitor every stage of the production and logistics process, including identifying risks, surfacing bottlenecks, and proposing data‑driven solutions to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate with print vendors and Print Production Managers to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with Logistics to plan early or consolidated shipments (e.g., weekend production, airfreight opportunities) that improve efficiency and reduce delays.
- Manage and reconcile 2D spend, including issuing purchase orders, tracking commitments, and validating invoices.
- Develop dashboards and analytics in Tableau or Excel to track performance metrics, visualize trends, and communicate updates to leadership.
- 5+ years of Data Analytics experience
- Proficiency in Excel
, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling - Proven ability to summarize insights from complex data and communicate findings clearly
- Experience building operational models e.g. TDMs, Gantt charts, process optimization, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally with global vendors, logistics, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in supply chain operations or logistics management
- Proficiency with Tableau and Python for analytics, visualization, and automation
- Experience optimizing or automating manual business processes
