Sr Customer Solutions Manager, Strategic

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager you will guide AWS customers along their multi‑year journey to the cloud, ensuring that all AWS teams work together effectively to deliver outcomes.
You will be a critical partner to customers, leveraging experience with large‑scale cloud transformations and shepherding them through stages of AWS adoption—from operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful journey to strategic initiatives in the account plan. You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, drive collaboration with sales, support, solution architecture, professional services, and product teams. You will manage cadence by leading reporting and tracking functions, execute education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, executive briefings, go‑live events and transitions.
You are encouraged to think big, invent, and take ownership of customer challenges. You will bring the best of AWS to customers, proactively solve challenges with new ideas and tools, and contribute to the day‑to‑day management of customers’ migration to AWS.
Responsibilities- Guide AWS customers along multi-year journey to the cloud.
- Ensure cross-team collaboration and effective delivery of outcomes.
- Shepherd customers through stages of AWS adoption.
- Translate strategic initiatives in account plans into executable actions.
- Lead reporting and tracking functions.
- Execute education plans, road‑maps, executive briefings, go‑live events and transitions.
- 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of business case development and program completion.
- 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
- PMP certification or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
