Job Description

The Customer Systems Team at Apple is developing next-generation AI and engineering solutions to optimize and enhance the support experience for Apple Care customers. Our mission is to provide a flawless experience for Apple Care Advisors as well as our Apple Care Customers. Our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about crafting, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that will impact millions of customers.

In this role, you will be working on:

• Ideating and developing privacy-preserving AI algorithms and data processing pipelines for Apple Care CRM.
