Senior Operations Project Manager—Legal

As a Senior Project Manager, you are a seasoned professional with a significant amount of experience and expertise in managing complex projects from start to final delivery. You are expected to provide mentorship, coach your teams, solve complex problems, and successfully manage risks anticipating mitigation plans. You are required to manage client communications with a clear understanding of stakeholders’ needs and a structured communication plan ensuring continuous status reporting and continuous feedback.
Making sure teams work in a sustainable rhythm, caring for individuals' well‑being, and overseeing general performance.
- 8+ years of current proven experience as a Project Manager leading medium and large teams
- Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
- Lead implementation plan for portal adoption, including documenting procedures and trainings
- Strong problem‑solving skills, troubleshooting with legal specialists
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job‑related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
Salary Range: $120,000—$130,000 USD
