Business Analyst - eCommerce

You will partner with the business community and system leads to understand business scenarios and define testing framework for catalog management tools and processes across multiple platforms and systems. You will lead the effort in user acceptance testing across functional teams. You will drive application tests, integration tests and end-to-end tests from planning, design and analysis to execution and communication.
Responsibilities- Lead UAT across platforms and cross-functional teams to ensure system implementations are in compliance with business requirements (UAT strategy, entry/exit criteria, planning, resources, risks, test analysis/design, test scripts, and issue triage).
- Own UAT status reporting and communication to stakeholders; continuously improve testing methodology and practices.
- Coordinate and manage test schedules, resources, and risk control across partners during all test phases.
- Collaborate with engineering, Content Development, Digital Content Management, Product Management and other partners; facilitate clear communication across global audiences.
- Drive application, integration, and end-to-end tests from planning through execution and sign-off.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale, global content and product catalog management environments with in-depth knowledge of product catalog and product information management systems.
- Proven successful experience leading UAT, including end-to-end testing and production validation across platforms and cross-functional teams; accountable for UAT strategy, planning, test design, execution, and reporting.
- Proactively looks for continuous improvement opportunities with test methodology and best practices to support UAT.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis to triage, troubleshoot, categorize and prioritize UAT issues; ability to influence teams with data analysis.
- Strong project management skills in planning and managing test schedules, resources, and risk control across partners during all test phases.
- Self-motivated with initiative and ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment; capable of juggling multiple tasks under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across global audiences, including engineering, Content Development, Digital Content Management, Product Management and other partners.
- Experience in both Agile methodologies and implementation models.
