Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator to support our procurement and project management teams. This role serves as a vital link between project planning and execution, ensuring materials and services are sourced, ordered, and delivered efficiently to meet project timelines.

• Project Review: Validate project requirements by reviewing project scope documents and construction drawings.
• Proposal & Workflow Management: Initiate, route, and manage procurement proposals and change orders.
• Order Management: Place and track vendor orders through fulfillment and delivery to project sites.
• Project Tracking: Maintain project status trackers, communicate schedule delays, and coordinate with project managers.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using project scheduling, budget, and cost data.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project managers, including note-taking during meetings and vendor schedule monitoring.

• Familiarity with construction project management software (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Vendor Management.
