• Coordinate with loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, and clients to ensure smooth and timely transactions
• Maintain and organize documentation for underwriting, closing, and funding processes
• Utilize transaction management platforms to track progress, update records, and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams as needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage, real estate, or related operations
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction and documentation processes
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in transaction management or CRM systems (experience with mortgage software is a plus)
