Position SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and driven Account Executive to play a key role in our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development who are looking to build a career in AI and SaaS sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly motivated, and eager to connect with potential customers to introduce them to the value of xfactrs.
In this role, you will be responsible for various phases of pipeline - prospecting, opportunity identification, champion creation and deal closure. You will be a consultative expert who uncovers prospect’s business problems, quantifies impact, and defines a better future state. You should be able to navigate complex buying groups and create urgency by highlighting the cost of inaction.
You will work closely with the marketing, product management and leadership teams to earn a position as the customers’ trusted advisor who will help them see and achieve outcomes they hadn’t envisioned, driving faster sales cycles and higher-value deals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting , Lead Generation, opportunity creation and deal closure
- Own various stages of the sales pipeline – Prospecting, opportunity identification, champion creation and closure.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, Linked In, and other channels to build relationship.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities by proactively identifying new business leads and working on the MQLs passed to you from Marketing team
- Understand customer pain points and communicate how xfactrs can help solve their challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, making a strong first impression.
- Work closely marketing, product, engineering, finance and other teams to deliver great customer experience.
- Provide feedback on customer insights to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system to track outreach efforts and sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of SaaS products.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
