Location:

Santa Clara, CA. Salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 (illustrative). The role focuses on driving profitable sales growth by promoting and selling Sika technologies, with responsibilities in account management, business development, and technical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical solution development and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a Sales Force CRM database.
  • Prepare and present formal and informal presentations and seminars supporting customer requirements.
  • Coordinate product trials, technical validation, and implementation with application engineering and R&D.
  • Work with functional support personnel to bring solutions to customer needs.
  • Forecast monthly sales for each account within corporate guidelines.
  • Submit timely reports detailing activities, trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve sales and distribution goals.
  • Engage in problem-solving, consultative selling, and core competency applications in sales activities.
  • Operate within Sika Spirit, Vision, and Mission as part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (minimum).
  • Minimum five years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, time management, and quantitative abilities.
  • Experience in electronics industry or knowledge of adhesives and sealants preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language; familiarity with Chinese cultural norms and business etiquette is a plus; prior work/residency in a Chinese-speaking region is beneficial.
