Salary $70.96 / hour Key Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with audio recording equipment (e.g., microphones, speakers, audio interfaces, amplifiers, electronics)

• Ability to work with prototype-level software and hardware setups, debugging basic connection issues with support from Engineers

• Familiarity with shell commands on a command-line interface and experience with MacOS / Linux OS required. Matlab / Python skills preferred.

• Meticulous in following technical instructions, predefined study protocols, and established participant recruitment processes

• Effective organization skills and acute attention to details

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience conducting user studies or experiments with human subjects

• Available to work onsite full-time

Description:

You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating user studies to collect high-quality data for new technology development. You will collaborate with Acoustics Engineers to learn the operation of the lab setup, work with the User Studies team to recruit and schedule participants, and communicate with study participants to guide them through the study sessions.
