We are seeking a self-motivated Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain next-generation personal connectivity solutions that power seamless experiences across Apple's product ecosystem. In this role, you will architect and scale core wireless protocols, driving deep technical contributions across the full Bluetooth stack—from HCI and L2
CAP to OS-level frameworks. Your focus will span optimizing high-fidelity audio pipelines for Air Pods, Beats, and hearing devices (LE Audio, A2DP, HFP), building robust automotive connectivity with OEM partners, and engineering ultra-low-latency links for Apple Pencil and unannounced hardware. Partnering closely with hardware, firmware, and quality teams, you will tackle complex system challenges in power efficiency, link reliability, and Wi-Fi coexistence to deliver polished, world-class wireless experiences.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong C++, C, or Objective-C software skills
Hands-on experience integrating AI coding agents into daily engineering workflows, spanning design, development, and debugging
Experience with wireless communication systems (especially Bluetooth) is highly desirable
Experience in building user level applications, audio, or AR/VR solutions is a plus Ability to write clean, maintainable code in an OS/RTOS environment
