Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operator role located at the company's facility in Cuttack. The Operator will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day operations within the production unit. Key tasks include operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring the quality and safety of products, identifying and addressing any operational issues, and complying with safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration with team members to meet production goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of quality standards, health and safety regulations, and production processes
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-paced production environment
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
Previous experience in the food production industry is an advantage
