• Diagnose and repair brake systems, fluid flushes, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, line technician services, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service, clear communication, and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues immediately.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

• Commitment to learning new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Ability to review, analyze, interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ase certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience in electrical, air‑conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems.
