As a Customer Service Representative with Meghan Mac Donald State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Sell products appropriate to the clients' needs.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
