Overview
AP Supervisor role at CFS – Stow, Ohio
This range is provided by CFS. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, full time onsite
Salary: $70,000- $80,000+ depending on experience
Benefits:

- Manage the full AP lifecycle; invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate vendor records; ensure W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation are up to date; resolve vendor inquiries.
- Compliance & Controls:
Enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments; ensure adherence to state/federal regulations including sales/use tax, retention, lien waivers, and prevailing wage requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
