This role is the steady engine behind the scenes—bringing organization, focus, and structure to a fast-moving environment. You’ll manage the details that help leadership and the broader team focus on what matters most: preparing meeting materials, wrangling calendars, coordinating logistics, researching opportunities, and building internal systems to help us scale. You keep the wheels turning, the noise low, and the priorities sharp.

• A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is helpful—but we value real-world experience and problem-solving even more.
• You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and love the momentum of building.

• Background in event planning, brand building, or early-stage startups
• Experience in healthcare, physical therapy, sports, or patient engagement
• Passion for storytelling, grassroots marketing, or relationship-driven outreach
• Local ties to Cuyahoga Falls or the surrounding communities
• Able to pivot between back-of-house operations and front-facing brand moments
