Experienced Property Manager – Luxury Multifamily Housing – Independence, OH

We are building a pipeline of seasoned Property Management professionals to lead thriving multifamily communities in the Greater Cleveland, Akron, and Canton markets. This is a role for proven leaders from luxury or conventional apartment management who can drive excellence in resident relations, financial performance, and team leadership.

• Lead and manage stabilized or lease-up multifamily communities in the Greater Cleveland, Akron, and Canton markets.
• Drive resident retention and satisfaction, oversee financial performance, budgeting, NOI, and occupancy goals.
• Manage on-site teams, oversee capital projects, vendor management, and curb appeal/maintenance standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, local codes, and standard lease administration.
• Utilize property management platforms (e.g., Yardi) to manage operations.
• Foster a high-performing, accountable team culture in a luxury or conventional apartment setting.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the apartment industry; managing 150+ units strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams, manage capital projects, and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of Fair Housing regulations, local code compliance, and standard lease administration.
• Proficient in Yardi or other leading property management platforms.
• Ability to manage budgets, NOI, and occupancy goals.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing luxury, lease-up, or Class A or Class B+ properties.
• CAM, CAPS, or CPM designation (active or in progress) is a strong advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and vendor negotiation.
• Experience handling capital improvements, curb appeal standards, and unit turn/renovation oversight.
