Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500.00 (split into $750.00 after 6 months and $750.00 after 1 year of service)

• Sell landscaping and snow services.
• Work with field supervisors and foremen regarding scheduling.
• Schedule work in the most efficient manner.
• Maintain timekeeping and organizational skills.
• Assist with hiring, training, and retention of employees.

• Strive to meet sales-to-budget goals.
• Verify the accuracy of customer database information.
• Run weekly meetings with landscape and snow crews.
• Manage the maintenance of all company equipment.

• Computer skills, including all Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and use of landscaping software (LMN).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with skid steers, mowers, loaders, snowplows, and power tools.
• 7+ years of experience in the lawn care/landscape/snow removal industry in sales & account management.
• Clean driving record.

High School Diploma

7+ years of experience in the lawn care/landscape/snow removal industry.

$65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience).
