We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will communicate with leads, assist with customer service needs as they arise, attract new customers, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and acquiring new customers for our clients.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong competitive nature.

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Meet with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated daily team goals
• Create and implement an effective communication strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in customer service and sales techniques to assure a good relationship between customer and client

• High school diploma/GED not required
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be a team player
