! This is a part-time, flexible position - perfect for a college student, or anyone with a background in soccer or previous experience working with children who is looking to pick up some extra income.

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend and/or weeknight availability
• Passion and love for working with children
• Previous experience working with kids preferred
• Responsible, energetic, and fun!

• Ensure safety of children under their care
• Engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
• Follow age-appropriate, tailored lesson plans
• Maintain commitment to excellence, quality, and safety through participation in the game of soccer
• Attend team meetings and all-staff meetings, as available

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We’re an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.
