Recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading structural steel and infrastructure specialist delivering complex UK and international projects. Opportunity to work across aviation, rail, commercial, and specialist construction sectors.
Responsibilities- Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment.
- Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs.
- Support procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management.
- Drive accuracy across cost control and commercial processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement across commercial operations.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or structural steel.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant construction or commercial qualifications advantageous.
