Vibe Recruit is hiring an Estimator to join the Facilities Management team in a predominantly office-based role with desktop estimating and occasional site surveys. Travel may cover South Wales, Bristol and surrounding areas to gather project requirements and support costings.
The successful candidate will have FM/construction estimating experience, strong commercial awareness, the ability to interpret drawings, and good IT skills (Excel).
