About the Role
We are seeking a detail-orientated Technical Administrator to join the IG Lintels team, where you will be responsible for supporting engineers, mastering data entry and handling customer queries - you’ll be a central hub of support that keeps everything moving forward.
What you’ll be doing- Be the first point of contact—handling technical callsand connecting customers to the right experts.
- Monitor technical email enquiries and keep our engineers armed with everything they need to tackle the day.
- Own thedata entry process, turn plans and specifications into seamless schedules that help our teams stay on track.
- Use our CRM system tolog new enquiries, track quote progress, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Ensurequotes are filed, tracked, and completed, with accurate follow‑up to our valued customers.
- Help the team stay competitive bybenchmarking pricesand supporting on special product quotes.
- Dive into drawings (training provided!) andbuild your technical know‑how.
- Run reports, support engineers, and provide top-tier technical and admin support.
- Provide product comparisonsand become a go‑to guru for both internal teams and customers.

- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Eagerness to learn—especially when it comes to products, systems, and technical details.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar environment is preferred
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
- Administrative qualifications are advantageous.
