As a key member of our Learning Support Team, you will:

• Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that helps students feel confident and engaged.
• Provide personalised support to individual learners and small groups, helping them overcome barriers and celebrate success.
• Assist with preparing and adapting learning materials across a range of curriculum subjects.
• Work closely with teachers to support classroom routines, assessment, and feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one - we can support you with this).
• Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council - we can guide you through the process).

• Two most recent references.
• Right to work in the UK.
