Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Cwmbran. The school has been described by Estyn as "a happy and caring community where pupils feel valued as individuals", making it an excellent environment for both staff and pupils to thrive. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development through a mixture of 1:1 support and small group work, helping children to reach their full potential both academically and socially.

• A relevant childcare qualification
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working or volunteering in a school or similar childcare setting
• A passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Delivering targeted interventions and group activities
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
